Innovation! It’s hot! It’s now!
It earns the highest praise in the boardroom and highest reward in the business community, but at what cost? If in the pursuit of innovation everything becomes expendable, what do you hold onto?
Shouldn’t good leaders be bringing fresh thought to the marketplace everyday! A new wrinkle in the brain is a good thing, I think!
